The purpose of this meditation was to focus on remembering that we are all the same.
I began with the appropriate preparations for meditation and then thought about how everyone else is just searching for happiness just like me.
I know what it feels like to want to be happy, and everyone else is the same.
how can I only cherish myself when all other kind mother living being want the same as me – to be happy. I must cherish them as much as myself.
I focused on this and developed my object of meditation – a feeling of cherishing others as I do myself.
May all living beings learn to cherish each other.
